French with Romanian roots and currently living in Austria, I had the chance to shape my personality in different cultures.
Change… is a way of life for me. My journey started when I was 13 and I moved away with my family from a small village of 6 000 inhabitants to a bigger town by the Danube. Since then, I have moved 14 times, experienced the life in a megalopolis of 10 million people (Paris), lived and worked in 3 different countries (Romania, France and Austria) and learned 3 new languages. I have worked in a company of 30 people and in another one of 60 000. I have worked in a leading market research company in Paris and in one of the largest banks in France, having close contact with clients from a wide range of business sectors, as well as in an international environment. At the age of 31, I started my own business in a foreign country “Pop International Coaching“. My past experiences allow me today to put myself into my clients’ shoes, to understand their situation and challenges in order to efficiently support them.
As a Business & Career Coach I support my clients during their professional and life transitions. My clients are managers, executives, expatriates, expatriate spouses and people in career transitions. Very often, they live and work in an international environment, work in global companies or interact with multicultural teams.
I focus on authenticity and on what brings “meaning” to each and every client. We work together on what makes them come alive with passion and purpose. This work allows them to take decisions, to make choices and find solutions that are aligned with their authentic self.
My tools include the systemic approach, the solution-focused approach, the transactional analysis, the constructivism tools, the co-active method and the Personal Leadership method, … among others. I am a MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Certified Practitioner and a member of ICF (International Coach Federation). My working languages are: French, English, Romanian and German.
I joined Morena Coaching International in order to share common values with coaches from different cultures with an international perspective.
