The core of my work life is communication and human development. Amongst many other things I have been doing PR, marketing and HR in large organisations as well as facilitating individuals within personal communication and writing skills.

To me it is essential to contribute to human beings developing and releasing their personal potential and I consider words to be the single most important element in this.

For the last decade I have gained experience in coaching career and management issues, work-life balance as well as stress relief, with clients of all kinds, be it managers, specialists, etc. I always see it as my duty to tap into their potential and help them unfold it at their own pace.

I am a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) as well as a member of ICF (International Coach Federation), where I was accredited ACC in 2012. I’ve been self employed in LifeCoach ApS since 2000. I am fluent in Danish and English and understand most Scandinavian languages.

I strive to make a difference in personal, professional relationships and work energetically, humorously and in a direct way to help people improve their skills and their life.

I am happy to be part of Morena Coaching International and to contribute with energy and passion to the common effort of inspiring each other as well as strengthening our businesses. I find it important, in a globalized world, to be part of the synergy in a professional community of accompaniment professionals from different backgrounds and cultures.
